Our Ambulatory Infusion Center provides a convenient, cost-effective alternative to outpatient hospital care in the long term or chronic patient who needs Injectable or infusables requiring special clinical insight. Brooks Health Care, Inc. has a beautiful Infusion Center with 5 comfortable infusion chairs, a flat screen TV, a portable DVD player with a DVD selection, and a laptop computer with internet access. We also provide you with other comforts like: pillows, warm blankets, books and magazines. Our caring staff is ready and willing to serve your every need including complimentary snacks like: crackers, coffee, tea, and bottled water.

Meet our Nurse Supervisor for the AIC: Patricia Brown, R.N., Ambulatory Infusion Center Clinical Specialist

Pat has been a Registered Nurse since 1979. She is a member of the Infusion Nurses Society, and has specialized in home infusion for the last 20 years. She has been PICC line certified since 1995 and proud that she can offer Ultrasonic assisted modified Seldinger PICC line placement. She enjoys her work and loves the individual attention given to Brooks Health Care patients. “We are able to provide a warm “home-like” atmosphere our patients can enjoy, while receiving their therapy”.

Meet our Pharmacist: Darcy Nunes, Pharm. D., Director of Pharmacy

Dr. Nunes graduated with honors from University of the Pacific with Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She has been practicing for over 20 years in all aspects of pharmacy services; 10 years experience in critical care hospital pharmacy and 10 years of Home infusion and retail experience. Along with her management expertise she also brings a wealth of knowledge to Brooks Health Care. Her compassion and concern for every patient's well being is what drives her to succeed.
